Haven Hills is just 1.5 miles north of I-74, right on State Road 75 in Jamestown, Indiana. It's 10–15 miles from Lebanon, Brownsburg, and Whitestown and about 30 minutes from downtown Indianapolis.

Haven Hills is a 6,000+ square foot venue on nearly 40 acres, with mature trees and a creek. We can accommodate up to 300 guests for an indoor or outdoor seated event.

Yes. Most of the parking lot is white stone and very close to the venue, and there's a blacktop area for handicap and elderly guests.

Yes. There's handicap parking, and both the men's and women's bathrooms have an oversized/handicap stall. Every package also includes access to a golf cart for handicap, elderly, or disabled guests, as well as the bride.

Yes. There's an indoor ceremony space as well as several outdoor options, so indoor ceremony options are always included if the weather doesn't cooperate.

Access begins between 7 and 9 AM, depending on your package. Either way, our staff will have your floor plan set, with linens, runners, and napkins in place, before you arrive.

Music ends and guest departure begins no later than 11 PM, unless an additional hour has been booked. After that, you have one more hour to gather personal belongings and décor.

Yes. There are private suites for the bride and her bridal party and for the groom and his, on the second level of the venue. Each has a TV, a walk-out balcony, and other amenities. There's also a common space for parents and grandparents to relax, with sofas, a TV, and a refrigerator.

A coordinator isn't included in the booking, but every couple must have one: someone experienced who can provide a detailed timeline and other services. You can book our in-house day-of coordinator for $650. Our coordinators create a detailed timeline, communicate with all your vendors, and orchestrate your rehearsal and wedding day.

Yes. Our staff is on site from your arrival through your departure to handle things like temperature adjustments, emptying trash cans, keeping bathrooms tidy, and cleaning up spills. That isn't the same as a wedding day coordinator, which every couple needs.

Every booking includes tables (round and/or banquet), separate chairs for indoors and outdoors, and table linens, runners, and napkins in your choice of colors, not limited to black, white, or ivory. We set your tables, chairs, linens, runners, and napkins to the floor plan we design with you before you arrive. The bride's and groom's suites on the second level are included with every booking.

A signed rental agreement and a 25% deposit secure your date. We also offer interest-free payment plans and can customize them to your needs.

Deposits are non-refundable. Our force majeure clause does protect your investment in the case of unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances.

Yes, a $500 damage deposit, by credit card authorization form or check. We won't charge the card or cash the check unless damages occur; if none do, the form or check is shredded.

Yes. All prices include sales tax.

No. We have a completely open vendor policy. We keep a list of preferred and recommended vendors from our firsthand experience over the years, and you'll receive it after booking.

We're a licensed facility in the State of Indiana with a 3-way beer, wine, and liquor license, which makes us the same as a restaurant or bar. Legally, no alcohol can be brought into the venue, and all bar service is booked directly through Haven Hills Estate. We offer many packages and custom options, and couples can order items to enjoy in the bride and groom suites during the day.

Yes. The Hilltop Manor is a custom-built 6,000+ square foot estate home on the property. It sleeps 20 guests comfortably and has an in-ground pool, a movie theater, and a game room. It's an optional add-on at $1,900 per night.

Yes. The barn has heat and air, and we keep it comfortable during your event, which sometimes means heat in the morning and air by the afternoon.

Every booking includes an on-site 60-minute rehearsal. Saturday couples get first priority in scheduling. Depending on the time of year, rehearsals may be the evening before, the morning of, or sometimes two days before the wedding, and we always do our best to accommodate you.

Yes. We ask that pets stay on a leash or crated, except when they're included in your pictures or the ceremony.

Yes, we welcome scheduled photoshoots. A 2-hour session is $300 (you hire and bring your photographer), and it's included at no additional charge for couples already booked with us.
